Who We Are
We are a multi‑state research team focused on managing Spotted Lanternfly in vineyards and reducing the impacts of Tree of Heaven. Our interdisciplinary group brings together entomologists, viticulturists, foresters, social scientists, and outreach specialists to develop research‑based, practical solutions for grape production systems.
With partners from USDA ARS and five research universities, our areawide project advances biological control and integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to manage Spotted Lanternfly while reducing reliance on insecticides. Our team is focused on supporting grape growers, wineries, and wine consumers.
